Pharmaton Vitality Capsules

Pharmaton Vitality

The last few years since having my twins and getting that bit older I find that some days I’m running on empty. Between school runs, the gym and running around after the smalls I can hit a wall mostly around 3 pm, I could easily go to bed right then but obviously, I can’t. I have been making and eating energy balls and being careful with what I eat with the hope that it improves my nose dive into sleepiness come afternoon. I have seen a slow improvement but not enough (my bloods have been checked and all good).

Pharmaton Vitality Capsules

So what exactly does Pharmaton do?

  • Pharmaton is a great capsule to try and tackle episodes of tiredness and just when your feeling generally exhausted or weak. This can, of course, be done to multiple things including a busy lifestyle, not sleeping well or busy stressful periods of your life.
  • To help balance a lack of vitamins that you may experience through your diet

How to take them

  • Take 1 capsule daily
  • Pharmaton can only be taken for short bursts, it is recommended that you only take for 4 weeks and then another 8 if required. After this timeframe its best to get the advice of a medical professional if you still experiencing extreme tiredness or no improvement in your symptoms.

  • Pharmaton Vitality Capsules contain a balanced combination of standardised Ginseng extract G115, vitamins and minerals.

My Experience Taking Pharmaton

I have been taking Pharmaton for nearly 4 weeks so at this point I can an honest review of the product. The capsule may seem a tad big to start but they are very easy to take. I take mine in the morning with a drink, they have a very pleasant taste as well, which always helps when taking any type of oral medication/tablet. Before taking Pharmaton I haven’t been taking nay additional Vitamins. Plus it has been noted that I might have a slight deficit in Zinc levels as my under eye darkness has increased of late. As I stated above being a very busy mum of 6 and constantly on the go with the children, plus doing gruelling workouts 3/4 times a week my body has suffered of late. Have the vitamins helped?

Well, in short, yes they have. Yes, I still have moments of tiredness but these are greatly reduced in comparison to what they were. I not having to rely on coffee and stimulants to keep me going during the day and I feel much more refreshed. My dark circles have reduced in colour as well. I am going to continue taking them especially as its coming up to the summer months and our daily activities will increase.

You can pick up Pharmaton for many chemists I got mine from Boots, you can view them by clicking here

These sound really great. I often get that tired feeling around mid-afternoon too, and these sound like they might be a good substitute for several strong cups of coffee! Did they affect your sleep patterns at all?
