If you saw my New Years Resolutions post you will know that my aim for 2018 is to get back into training. I spent 2 years going to the gym and 1 of those being trained. I loved the gym life so much, the feeling it gave me after training is unlike any other and I sorely missed it but lacked the enthusiasm to get back. My membership remains paid for on a monthly basis but I didn’t pass the doorway to get the blood pumping. I look back with masses of regret that all my training and strength went to waste somewhat but I have a taste for the weightlifting life again and this year is MY year to kick the lbs and lift the kgs. So along with training diet is key, a well balanced nutritious intake is paramount to maintain/reach for those goals but there are also products on the market to help us on our journey and today I’m featuring some Scitec Nutrition Products.

I’ve never used protein powders. My husband is obsessed with them though so I’ll suggest he takes a look at this range.

I wish you the very best of luck getting back into training, and hope that you get back to your goals again. Also amazing that these products work, in this day and age you see so many that don’t help and fob you off, but these seem like they can do some pretty amazng things,

I’ve always been a bit scared of protein powders, I have what I call super fussy taste bud syndrome and I’m not fond of most flavours. Though I had been advised on protein on multiple occasions to help my muscles and to help with my weight after workouts.

Good luck to getting back to training!!

Amino tablets use to get me through the afternoon at work after a lunch time spin session! I have to admit, I’ve completely slacked on the gym thing, but when I’m travelling with work all the time, I just don’t have the energy to do anything but sleep!

I’ve never used protein powders but then again I’m probably the least likely person to find in a gym.

I’ve come across various shops that sell these but have never consumed a protein powder. My brother said he wants one so maybe I’ll suggest this brand to him.
