Mostly, you just need to focus on feeding them plenty of fruit and vegetables, with a particular focus on those dreaded leafy greens. Screens: Are They An Issue?
One of the more persistent myths out there about eye health is that screen use damages your eyes. Actually, there is zero conclusive evidence that this is the case. However, if screen use seems to be making your child uncomfortable, then you might want to encourage them to reduce their screen time. The screen won’t be actively harming their eyes, but they might need glasses to help concentrate on the screen anyway. It’s just one of those things to be aware of.
