The Slabb

As a lover of all things Chocolate I jumped at the chance to sample some amazing pieces from The Slabb. From the off, I was blown away by the presentation of the bars. I was sampling The Unicorn and The Amaretto, both with a base of white chocolate, the added detailing to the tops is gorgeous. The mix of white chocolate with the added crunch of the topping made a perfect combination. I adore white chocolate but find that some are a tad sickly, this wasn’t the case from either of these, The Slabb have the balance of creaminess just right.

The Slabb

The Slabb Chocolate Bars

The Slabb as a brand offers a wide variety of chocolate bars to suit every taste, from Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate and Dark Chocolate all with different toppings. All the bars are made with high-quality chocolate and luxurious toppings. At the minute The Slabb have 11 different flavours of bars to pick from but as an ever expanding business, these will increase when they relaunch in July.

Kickstarter Campaign

The Slabb

I have heard of the Kickstarter Campaign before with clothing brands and now The Slabb which has been taken over by Holly and Stuart are following suit to expand and increase their production line. When a company gets to the point of needing to increase production this is a great way to expand the business prior to a pre-launch. The aim of the Kickstarter is to gain another 1,000 moulds to cope with the business demand. Holly herself has already run a Kickstarter with her other brand with amazing success. What sets this Kickstarter apart from the others that I have seen is the fact that you actually receive rewards from the off. You can pick the value that you wish to pledge from £5 to the corporate package, all of which include chocolate treats and include free delivery. To check out the Kickstarter click here.

I will be running a big giveaway soon with the brand so all you chocolate lovers out there keep your eyes peeled for that.

OOooh they look great. I’d love to try the Unicorn one. It’s nice that small businesses can turn to kickstarter now to make their dreams a reality.
