Top 5 Classic Movies

Top 5 Classic Movies

One thing I love about Christmas is the rerun of some classic movies. Classics for me are films that I grew up with, and ones that I could watch time and time again. I’m also really enjoying letting my children watch them as well. They are so different to the newer style but so far the ones we have watched as a family have been a hit. So today I’m sharing my Top 5 Classic Movies.

Back To The Future

Top 5 Classic Movies

This is my all-time favourite film. In fact, I know all the words lol (sad I know) There is just something about it that makes me watch it time and time again. Michael J Fox was such a hottie in it and as a young teen, he was major eye candy lol. I also loved the fact that the film centered around the future, it’s easy to watch and the storyline exciting.

The Goonies

Top 5 Classic Movies

This is another firm favourite in my house. A really fun film which draws you in from the start. Another film that I really wouldn’t tire of watching. My smalls also love it, especially the treasure and boat scenes, who wouldn’t want all that treasure. It also for me shows how vivid young minds can be and how much you can chase your dreams which is a wonderful way to live in the real world.

Annie

Top 5 Classic Movies

How could you not love this movie? Well saying that my boys don’t but my girls do. Its definitely a Saturday afternoon sit back and relax movie. Filled with twists and turns with the most wonderful storyline and ending.

Jaws

Top 5 Classic Movies

I love all the Jaws films unlike Back to the future where I only like the first. Definitely not a family watch just yet, but a firm fav of mine.

Beverly Hills Cop

Top 5 Classic Movies

A laugh a minute is just the only way to describe Beverly Hills Cop. Its hilarious from start to finish and they are all excellent. Another one for just the older children at the minute simply as the small wouldn’t get the humor.

Do you have any favourite old movies that you don’t tire watching?
