Organic Bamboo Baby Clothes

Organic Bamboo Baby Clothes

I recently featured some items from the adult clothing range from Boody. Boody produces a range of clothing for all the family which includes Organic Bamboo Baby Clothes. We started our journey with eco clothing when I had the twins. Cloth nappies where our first investment and then it became apparent that Mason had some skin issues. My research expanded into ways that we could protect his skin more. Eco and organic clothing then became an option for us. Its produced in a way that it doesn’t irritate the skin. Plus its also extremely soft and gentle which is great for little one’s delicate skins. Our first items where actually vests and we then broadened our selection to include tops and bottoms/babygrows. The twins also had really bad colic so we invested in some muslin cloths which also doubled up as a wrap for daytime napping and snuggle time.

Sustainably sourced and responsibly produced

Boody The Brand

As a brand, Boody really covers all bases. Even the packaging is recyclable and printed using vegetable based inks. The brand’s philosophy is to produce a line that is eco-friendly, planet wise. All these factors will make me want to go back time and time again. As I mentioned above we moved to eco wear items for Mason to help his skin. Boody’s range is breathable and moisture wicking which makes it the perfect material for smalls with sensitive skins. Its also thermo-regulating meaning it keeps you cool on those hot summer days. Not something that we get often in Ireland but great for travelling and on warmer days when they occur. The range will also keep you warm in the winter. I for one can vouch that the adult range is perfect for keeping me warm on winter walks and outdoor training sessions.

Baby Gift or Easter Gift Alternative

If you are buying for your newborn or have a friend who is expecting the organic bamboo baby clothes will make the perfect gift. The packaging is also great for gifting 🙂 For buying for little ones for Easter I tend to avoid the standard chocolate treat. As sweet lines aren’t suitable for smalls I always go for an alternative in the form of something useful. The wrap/socks/vests etc would make a perfect alternative Easter treat.

Baby clothes in general are so so cute, but with them being naturally good, it just makes them even better. Not to mention the colours are great without standing in your face. Amazing.

Oh how lovely do these items look. I bet they are such a soft item for a baby to wear as well. Bamboo seems to make amazing clothing, which at first surprised me.

Boodywear do a lovely range, and their ethics are fab. I know my niece had awful trouble with one of her little boys sensitive skin, and finding kinder clothes was a key part of helping.
