Perfect Holiday Backpacks

We have been lucky this year to have been away on an Easter break as you guys will know and we are heading away on our pre-planned summer holiday to Duinrell in Holland as we do every year. As we take the overnight boat and then do a fair bit of walking etc when away its great to have backpacks for everyone. We tend to fill the boy’s backpacks with toys, colouring items etc to make travelling and the trip easier for all. An entertained child is a happy one 🙂 So today I’m talking all about the Perfect Holiday Backpacks

Perfect Holiday Backpacks

Musto Backpack from the Marine Superstore

This backpack was absolutely perfect for us whilst we were away on our recent holiday. It offered all that we needed in terms of space for a day/night rucksack. I also love the fact that its made from Splash resistant fabric which made it ideal for skiing. Also perfect for walkers/hill climbers/sailors or anybody who loves a good waterproof bag. As we had the black option I used it as well as Mr Lifeofamumof6. I was able to add my card wallet to the front zipped section for easy access and I added a water bottle to the mesh sides, making it easy to get to when needed. The backpack also has a small zipped area inside and a larger compartment for laptop/books etc. It’s also super comfortable with the padded shoulder straps. From a pricing stance its only £19.95 at time of publishing which is an absolute steal for a bag of this quality.

  • Padded shoulder strap provides comfort and support
  • Internal laptop and organisation pocket for storage
  • Splashproof coated 420D nylon
  • L 30cm x H 42cm x W 15cm
  • Weight: 0.55kg

Children’s Bag From Twirly Woo

Logan is a huge fan of the Twirly Woos. So he was super excited to have received his favourite cartoon show on a backpack. This bag is perfect for little ones. The perfect size for them to carry their own little things in and its also padded to protect their little shoulders. The front is also wipeable which is great especially for little ones. It also fits so well in the footwell of the car meaning it takes up little space which is exactly what we need when going away

I hope you guys have enjoyed my perfect holiday backpack post 🙂 have you got any holidays planned this year?

Having the right bag is so important when you’re out exploring and carrying everything you need for your day out. I always make sure there are secure pockets to hold valuables!

I think it’s good that you get the kids to carry some of their own bits about and the backpack you have looks so practical x

I am a backpack lover and often on my many getaways I just carry a backpack as its easier to carry and most efficient when I am touring all day

I can’t say this enough, choosing the right back for any holiday is so important. You need to make sure you are comfortable carrying it and that it has all the space you may want. Great post.

I’m actually in need of a new backpack, to take on my trips as hand luggage (seeing as I “always carry on”, LOL), but I think I’d need to get something a bit bigger than that one above. Will have to check out the store though! x
