My 3 Favourite Spring Scents

My 3 Favourite Spring Scents

We are totally into the Spring months now, even if the weather at the start was a tad ropey. Today I’m bringing you My 3 Favourite Spring Scents from some lovely well-known brands. What I love about perfumes if the diverse range of scents that there are. There really is something for everyone and now with brands bringing out layering perfumes, you can create a scent that is truly your own. I’m a lover of a more sweeter vanilla scent compared to deeper musky tones and ones that have top notes of floral. One all time favourite of mine which I haven’t featured is Jean Paul Gaultier, it’s one scent that I will never tire of wearing.

Marc Jacobs Daisy

Marc Jacobs Daisy

Marc Jacobs Daisy was my first perfume purchase from the brand, and is now a firm favourite in my collection. A lovely dreamy light perfume that is easily worn from day to night. Giving a subtle sweet scent. The bottle is uber cute as well and I adore the featured Daisy flower topper.

Top notes: Wild strawberry, Violet Leaves, Ruby Red Grapefruit.
Heart notes: Violet, Jasmine, Gardenia.
Base notes: Vanilla, Musks, White woods.

Giorgio Armani Si

Giorgio Armani Si

Another recent purchase is from the iconic Giorgio Armani. Having found out that Armani do Beauty products I have discovered a love for the brand apart from clothing. The bottle is stunning, straight lined with with a simple but effective top. This product lets the scent do the talking and it does in abundance. Another perfume easily worn from day to night giving off a lovely sweet and fruity scent.

Top Notes: Blackcurrant Sorbet, Mandarin & Pear.
Heart Notes: Rose de Mai Essence & Freesia.
Base Notes: Musk, Vanilla & Patchouli.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Kiss

I actually got this for Mothers Day from the children. My husbot knew how much I loved my original Marc Jacobs Daisy he then decided to expand my collection by adding their newest addition to the Daisy range.  The bottle is stunning and a welcome addition to my beauty shelves. The bottle and lid are embossed in lovely pink flowers, giving it that extra added class. Another sweet smelling scent but not overpowering in the slightest. This by fair is my favourite from the 3 that i have featured today.

Top Notes: Black Currant, Pink Grapefruit, Juicy Pineapple.
Heart Notes: White Freesia, Jasmine Petals, Tart Raspberry.
Base Notes: Cedarwood, Skin Musk, Ambrox.

I’ve been looking for a new scent for summer and these are all great picks. In fact, I was in Sephora this afternoon and lost in the display of Marc Jacob’s. I think I’ll have to go back and get Daisy Dream .. it was truly wonderful!
