Grow Gorgeous Top Of The Game In Hair Care

I have been a fan of Grow Gorgeous for some time. Having used a few items from their collection, all with great results. For me Grow Gorgeous are top of the game in hair care at the minute. Having a stunning and super affordable range to combat any hair issues. I have been having issues with my scalp for a number of months. Including dryness and it feeling itchy at times. Plus having coloured my hair for numerous years it’s all starting to take its toll on my long locks. To date I have been trying out numerous products to try and reduce the problems. So today I’m going to talk about my experiences with a few products from the Grow Gorgeous range.

Grow Gorgeous Scalp Detox

I hadn’t tried any prewash treatments, so I was super intrigued by the sound of the Scalp Detox. Over time and with continued usage of products our scalps can get a build up. Using the Scalp Detox allows you to rid the scalp area of any build up whilst cleansing the area thoroughly.

Coming in a lovely tub with a rose gold lid, it screams style from the off. It has a lovely fresh scent with a slight hint of menthol. It’s also super easy to use, which I really need as a busy mum of 6. To use just wet hair as normal, apply to the root and massage in using circular motions. Leave on for a few minutes, allowing the product to purify and detox the scalp. Then rinse, one thing I would say is to make sure you give a really thorough rinse, as the detox contains tiny particles that may remain if you don’t rinse well. The Scalp Detox can be used 1-2 times per week.

• Natural Castor Oil beads and White Willow Bark Extract exfoliate the scalp to help remove any impurities and act as a natural anti-bacterial to promote hair growth and give a lustrous shine to hair.

• Our unique blend of minerals moisturises the scalp and helps absorb any excess sebum helping to extend time between washes.

• Pomegranate fruit enzymes gently remove the outer layer of dead skin cells to naturally exfoliate the scalp and remove product build-up.

• Bean Bio-ferment absorbs UV light and provides anti-oxidant protection to the hair and scalp.

I must say I’m super impressed with the Scalp Detox. It’s such a lovely product to use and my scalp felt less tight after usage and also my issues that I mentioned above are now starting to disappear.

Grow Gorgeous Cleansing Conditioner

When co-washes first came on the market I just thought it was a fad and that it would pass quickly. How wrong was I! Co-washing has taken the market by storm and combined with the fact they are a 2 in 1 product makes it even more appealing. I was worried that using a co-wash would leave my hair looking lank but it does the complete opposite. I have been using the Grow Gorgeous Cleansing Conditioner for a few weeks now and I’m loving it. I don’t think I will ever go back to traditional washing methods now for a number of reasons.

The Grow Gorgeous Cleansing Conditioner comes in a handy 190ml tube. Super easy to use. Just wet hair as normal, apply a good amount of product to the hair and work through from scalp to ends. To allow it to work its magic leave on for a few minutes and then rinse. What makes this stand out from other co-wash products is that this is an 11 in 1 product instead of the normal 2 in 1. The Cleansing Conditioner deep cleanses, deep conditions, hydrates, adds shine to the hair, reduces hair frizz, leaves the hair feeling super soft, allows easier styling plus also adds volume. WINNER.

I have pretty thick hair with loose curls. My hair can become difficult to control and often has fly aways and can look frizzy.  Since using the Grow Gorgeous Cleansing Conditioner I have super sleek hair, my cuticle is well sealed and it’s much easier to style and control. Plus the added benefit that my hair smells fabulous.

Grow Gorgeous Strengthening Oil

The Grow Gorgeous Strengthing Oil comes in a hand sized 60ml bottle with a handy pipette. Hair can become prone to breakage through heat and colouring. The Oil contains a multitude of minerals to help repair any damage and limit and further breakage. Chia seeds nourish each individual hair strand whilst an array of vitamins protects the hair and creates a protective film around the hair.

Again with a really light scent its super easy to use. It can be applied on dry or wet hair. I would recommend trying a few drops first especially if you have finer hair and then increasing the drops if desired. I have super thick hair so I’m using around 5 drops per application. I drop the product using the handy pipette on my hands and warm the product up. Then I evenly distribute the product through the mid-lengths and ends of my hair. I’m using it on dry hair at the minute but will also try on damp hair as well.

I hope you guys have enjoyed my review of some of the Grow Gorgeous range. If you want to check out their entire collection just click here
