My Favourite Bedtime Products

Now that I have featured my Evening Skincare Routine on my Blog I thought I would share my Bedtime Favourite Products that I have on my bedside table. I could use some of these as part of my evening routine but I don’t always go straight to bed after completing it. I keep them on my bedside table so I remember to use them haha. These are products I have used for a number of weeks and months, which I class to be of high quality.

Molten and Brown Room Spray

I featured a post before on sleeping and how I struggle to get a full night sleep most nights. Hence the usage of pillow sprays as an added way to help me drift off. I really like this Molten Brown ylang-ylang room spray, it doesn’t smell strong, plus it doesn’t have the typical over powering Lavender smell that most sleep sprays have. I squirt a few sprays around the room before bedtime and let them settle before getting into bed myself.

Tissard Pillow Spray

This Sweet Dreams Pillow Mist is a new addition to my bedtime routine, containing Lavender, Sandlewood and Jasmine it leaves a pleasant scent on your pillow. I spray 2 pumps on to my pillow just as I get into bed and allow it to do its magic. I have found that I drift off easier since using pillow sprays.

Decleor Lip Balm

If you follow my Instagram you will know I’m a massive fan of Decleor. This Lip Balm is just amazing, so moisturising yet light, it has a mild scent with I prefer with balms.

Clairns Hand Cream

Another firm fav of mine is this fabulous Hand cream from Clarins. Very light and not greasy, absorbs quickly which for me is essential at bedtime. Very light fragrance and a good all round cream. A little goes a long way with this cream so something that will last you a good while.

Do you have any products that you use at Bedtime?

Lovely products, you’ve reminded me, I used to have that pillow spray and it was brilliant. I’m not sleeping too well at the moment so it is definitely time to reinvest! Thank you!

Also, that lipbalm sounds lovely x

A good bedtime routine is key to being able to relax, switch off and hopefully get a better night’s sleep. Having good products is key, and I highly recommend room mists and pillow sprays. They are a simple product that help enormously. Really like the sound of your choices.
I used to have a wonderful clove and lavender spray, but cannot now find it anywhere, a good alternative would be ideal.

I haven’t tried pillow sprays yet, I must look in to them further. I am currently using Samaya anti-ageing treatment oil, it is so good x

Your bedside table looks wonderful. Really interested in the Decleor lipbalm. I have the worst lips, summer or winter they are always chapped. I’ll give this product a go. Tried lots of others to no avail.

There’s nothing I specifically use at bedtime, although I have found pillow sprays pretty good when I am struggling to sleep x

My bedtime routine normally revolves around me falling into bed with a glass of water on the bedside table LOL. I like the sound of a pillow spray

I’ve never used a pillow spray, but will definitely look into one. My favourite bedtime product is the Pestle & Mortar Superstar Retinol night oil – its brilliant!

They all look so blissful! I especially love pillow sprays. I fall into bed squished on the edge as Pickle starfishes in the middle! Kaz
