The Wedding Journal hosted their yearly show in the Titanic Exhibition Centre in Belfast. I was lucky to get a press pass to the event which always helps yay.
The Wedding Jornal Exhibition Hall
Entering the building an abundance of wedding items greet you. Wedding cars paved the entrance to the main Exhibition Hall. Wedding planners in their element to be attending the event, the amount of inspiration was staggering. A Wedding Show with Business eyes rather than a bride’s eyes, for me, was very insightful. More time spent taking in smaller details and I found it a very pleasurable experience.
All areas of Wedding preparation covered. Some of the stands included in the Wedding Journal Exhibition were from the world of Photography, Cake Makers, Hotels, Debenhams, Independent Bridal Dress Shops, Makeup Products, Gift Ideas, Mobile Candy Stands, Selfie Booths, Hen and Stag Weekend ideas and Mini Bars. The types and quality of stands on offer were magnificent. Extremely friendly and professional staff manned the stands all extremely happy to talk to us about what they can offer Brides out there.
Wedding Journal VIP Section
A small cordoned off area beside the catwalk was cordoned off as a VIP area. Champagne upon arrival, decorated cupcakes waiting on stands, high tables and chairs and sofas for us to relax at. Guests also received a Wedding Journal Goodie bag.
Towards the rear area of the building was the catwalk, nice and bright and ready for the stunning models to show us the best dresses out there. The fashion show itself was incredible. The male models made us all laugh and clap along. Choreography completely outstanding, so much time and effort had been put into showcasing these outfits. Dance moves cleverly included in some of the sections which brought the fun factor to the show. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the show, for me, it was the main attraction.
Brides left with their arms brimming with brochures and freebie bags, Mothers smiling watching their daughter’s minds whirl with ideas, everyone had a fabulous visit. Roll on next years event, I for one can’t wait to see it all again.
