We have been huge fans of Blade and Rose since the twins were small. The one thing that stood out for me from the start was the amazing designs. Super cute, funky and super practical. I wanted the boys to wear something comfortable plus items that weren’t stiff and didn’t reduce movement. The leggings are durable, soft and wash extremely well. I know lots of my friends rave about them and well and how practical they are especially for the zillion nappy changes that we do when smaller. The range, of course, doesn’t just stop with leggings. They have a massive range of Hoodies, bibs, accessories and tops.
Blade and Rose
Blade and Rose were created in 2010 whilst the founder Amanda was on maternity leave. The brand name actually comes from her children’s middle names. Each item of the leggings collection has the company trademark design on the bum, super cute. Amanda’s initial range sold out quickly and they have now outsourced suppliers from around the world whilst maintaining their company ethos of products quality items.
We got sent some lovely accessories for the twins from the new Autumn/Winter 2017 range. We hadn’t tried the hats before this and it was lovely opening up our parcel. I love the boys in thick woollen hats in winter, especially ones that are lined to keep them warm. We are massive pom pom lovers so we were joyed to see the hats had them on top. The quality of the hats are amazing, tight knit, thick fleece liner plus lovely designs. The hat range comes in newborn up to age 6. What I love about the entire collection is they are all inter mixable, with the added bonus of being able to choose matching items if you want.
The Blade and Rose socks collection go from newborn up to age 4. As above, they compliment the other items in the range as well. They are super affordable and are lovely and thick.
We have thoroughly enjoyed trying out new Blade and Rose items and we will definitely be stocking up with more winter goodies. If you would like to see the entire range or purchase the item’s that the boys were wearing using the links below
