Jim Jams Chocolate Cookie Recipe

Jim Jams Chocolate Cookie Recipe

My guys are such fans of Subways cookies. Nothing that we have come across even remotely hits the make like they do. I have been baking lots recently with the smalls and we decided to add our favourite chocolate spread to a cookie mix. I featured Jim Jams in my recent Valentines Day Gift Guide. Worth a look if you’re still in the search for a small gift. Anyhow, I digress. Today I am sharing our  Jim Jams Chocolate Cookie Recipe. A great snack for a wintery afternoon or even a lunch box addition. I hope you enjoy, they didn’t last an hour here 🙂

What a good idea to put the spread inside the cookie! I will try this next time I bake cookies instead of chocolate chips, they sound delicious 🙂

Ah so that’s how you add the chocolate spread. Those do look pretty easy to make and I’m not surprised they didn’t last long!
